I recently bought a car from Elliott. I'd been researching for over 9 months and knew what I wanted, Elliott had one available but unfortunately it looked like it wouldn't be able to work because I had finance pre-arranged with a provider who don't work with third-party. Elliott was proactive and creative coming up with a number of potential solutions and we pursued one together which was equivalent to my existing lender.

I wouldn't have thought about this solution, but he found a way to make it work. His aftersales service was exemplary, from staying in touch about the status of the car, the stage in the prep it was up to and sourcing and arranging for an additional key for me. Arguably one of the best sales teams I have dealt with, definitely the best team in the automotive industry I have dealt with. I'll be coming back to them and recommend my friends do the same.
