This Information Notice Explains How Premier Vehicle Leasing Collects, Uses and Protects Personal and Business Data When Providing Car and Van Leasing Services Across the UK.
Company Information
We are Premier Vehicle Leasing Limited, a vehicle finance broker. Our registered office is 5300 Lakeside, Cheadle Royal Business Park, Cheadle, SK8 3GP. Company Registration Number: 12414971.
We act as a credit broker, not a lender, facilitating regulated contract hire and consumer credit finance. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under Firm Reference Number 932037.

Processing Fee
A processing fee of £249+ VAT (£298.80 Including VAT) applies for our brokering services.
This fee covers the costs incurred in ordering your vehicle with our nominated supplying dealer.
- Payment Methods: Credit/debit card or bank transfer.
- Payment Timing: This fee is payable upon finance approval and signing the order form.
- Refund Policy: The processing fee is non-refundable if credit approval has been secured in line with the terms of the Order.
Cancellation Terms
If you cancel your vehicle order after finance approval, you may be liable for cancellation costs:
- A cancellation fee equivalent to three monthly payments will apply to cover services already provided.
- If vehicle delivery has been scheduled, an additional £200 aborted delivery fee may apply.
- Cancellation fees are payable by credit/debit card or bank transfer.
